What to say and do if pulled over

As you'll notice, the common denominator in the majority of responses is to REMAIN SILENT. Anything and everything you say can be used against you ... and most probably will! No admissions, no nothing. Just politely say that you'd prefer not to talk until you've spoken with an attorney. It's your right, exercise it!
