As you’ll notice, the common denominator in the majority of responses is to REMAIN SILENT. Anything and everything you say can be used against you … and most probably will! No admissions, no nothing. Just politely say that you’d prefer not to talk until you’ve spoken with an attorney. It’s your right, exercise it!
